1. General

These terms govern your use of SEZVIA services including transfers, tours, health tourism, villa rentals, yacht charters, car rentals, VIP services, and flight bookings. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for most bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Specific cancellation terms are provided with each booking confirmation.

4. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver all services as described. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, road conditions, etc.), we reserve the right to modify itineraries while maintaining the quality of service. Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible.

5. Liability

SEZVIA acts as a licensed travel agency (TURSAB). Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. We carry professional liability insurance and comply with Turkish tourism regulations.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
